This dancing couple is folded from a single sheet of paper, six inches square, black on one side, white on the other. It was done by my middle son many years ago. I was impressed when he did it: it has delighted me ever since.
Origami is a wonderful pastime. This is a complex example; other origami is quite simple.

I agree! Each morning I 'fold' the knit afghan on my bed with purpose, with intent. Casual folds, letting the fibre suggest the result, trying to pay attention to my role in the endeavour.Each day is different.
It is fun!
