These rocks - beach combed treasures - were initially placed on top of the piece of wet fabric to keep it from accompanying the wind somewhere before it dried.
They did so splendidly. But I also noticed, during that time, that they were sun warmed, sun catchers.
There is something satisfying about standing outdoors on a windy spring day touching the energy of the sun through solid parts of the earth that the ocean has sculpted.
