Victoria, weather-wise, has the reputation of "wait twenty minutes......" , implying, correctly so, that changeable climate is the norm. Not so at the moment. Days and days of frost on the rooftops followed by clear sunny warm mornings and afternoons, a sudden cooling at four p.m. (and any wind that plans to make an appearance seems to do so at that time), then a calm slip into evening and night. Delightful! Rain - actually, the weatherman said "showers" - is forecast for Monday.
